I have a vision on how to trade (stage 4) & I've put it down on paper as best as I could as well, there are some obvious pattern's (observations over the years) on HTF's which give us a great S1 on LTF's, but when trying to execute them there seems to be a blockage at times but than in hindsight I'm like I knew this why didn't I act at the time. I think it's good than I can put now charts in my corner and try to analyse them out loud before entering, I think this could be my solution.
