Box Seed
Time: Seed was printed at 7:00
Thoughts: I waited for FO to print, I saw a seed which was printed at 7:00, clearly below the FO line so I put PO's on the seed.

Thoughts: The Seed which was printed at 13:00 (I didn't take) is in Question right now....Since the 13:00 Seed was in-between FO line, should I have put PO long and short?

Interesting... when you tagged me in your comment about EU Seed I was left scratching my head. could not find one...
I see the confusion now cleared to me at least.
When the candle after the seed closes on the other side before FO that seed is invalid....
You can take a seed that is formed before FO but not violated on either side. These will be the 6 or 7 hr seeds not too far behind.
Hope this makes sense
And one more important thing to note
the 13.00 seed.. although it was valid and could have been taken on either side but the point is... we look for WHICH PAIRS IS MOVING/HOT this day...
by 13.00 it was obvious that EUR/USD had not moved away from FO. Even USD/CHF was not moving but there was one pair on the way away from FO which was GBP/USD ... UJ too moved... so those were the pairs to trade but had no seed signals. We trade the Momentum ones not the one that is "lagging" behind...
WE don't play catch ... we only go with the ones that have confirmed momentum and gone away from FO line more than others... so in this case EU was stuck at the line while GU and even UJ had moved away from FO... but a couple of hours later, both EU and Swissy moved more than the others... Swissy had a lovely SEED signal preceded by 2 trend candles ...
