Starting a new Journal for a new plan.

Currencies: UJ, EU, GU
Timeframe: H1
Entry: Seed at the Frankfurt open or within the 6 bars following the open (ideally looking for small seeds. Larger seeds may be ignored depending on assessment of market conditions)
Order/Initial Stop Loss: At either end of the Seed bar
Trade Management: Exit 50% of Trade at 1R, Target 5R (eventually aiming for 10R, but will start here for now per Immy's advice on Video)
Add-ons: May be taken at subsequent inside bars

Chart indicators: MA 20(Exp/Close), MA 10(Exp/Close), Aims the Seed 3.0 with Frankfurt open displayed.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: First trade - the seed was quite big, but I took it anyway. Set order, stop and TP @ 1R into ATM and went to bed (crossing fingers it was all going to work correctly and I had an account in the morning!)

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I woke up to 1R in my account and my trade reduced by 50% so that was good. Day 2 was Friday and I was uncertain about leaving a trade running over a weekend, so I took profit before I went to bed. Happy with first result despite not letting it run. Only my own fear stopped me. I know this is an issue and am working on removing this demon. Trade did eventually pass my 5R target on the following Monday.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: I was late seeing the formation of this bar as I was out. Put an order in the top of the current bar and stop below which was a smaller risk than the original seed bar.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Got triggered in on the following bar and stopped out the bar after. In hindsight, the seed was too big and the market had pulled away from the MA's so should have passed on this one.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Seed bar at open. 3a) 1R taken in first hour of trade. Stop moved to BE - In free trade mode now. Remainder aiming for 5R target.
Market moved sharply away from MAs so have moved stop to 20EMA. It went within 5 pips of my TP line!

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Seed bar at open. Put in order and took 1R in first hour. Bars had touched the 20EMA during the night session and were moving away again. Nice small seed bar!

Great to see you giving the SEED method a go!!! You won't regret it. Needs a bit of patience but requires very minimum work.

ps: you don't need to use the 10/20 lines for this method.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Market obviously needed to do a greater pullback. It did that and had another seed at the end of the pullback, but it was outside my trading time.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: 1R point was hit in the hour after entry. Market continued to move down - I slept! Woke this morning to find that the market had touched my 5R exit point but not activated my order due to the spread. I left it in and it has hit during the Asian session.
