I thought I'll share something about Affirmations this morning.

As You All Know the Power of Affirmations. I recommend that everyone keeps a set routine of Affirmations.
There are two ways to do it.

1. Write down a best set of Affirmations and print them and read them aloud everyday. Dont forget the most import part is the "Feeling". So read it you must, but Feel it as you read. Otherwise the effects are not that great.

2. Write a set of affirmations every day. My prefer version is this so far. I use a great free service as a reminder. My good friend Robert shared this with me about a year ago and now it has been 14months I have been writing my morning pages mixed with affirmations every day. All of the stuff, if you want, can be viewed by visiting their site. I rarely read it. It is recommend to not read your morning pages for first 12 weeks at least. after that its your choice.
