I thought I should also document my trades. My main goal for now is to get feedback from all you experiences AIMS traders as to what I am doing wrong or as to what I should do differently.

Account increase will be minimal for now, as I am trading micro lots on a live account, just to get the feeling.

This is a trade I took earlier. I actually traded the 15min setup and then swithced to 1min for the exit. I exited manually when I saw that the price was stalling. Overall, 8 pips in the bag. Not bad for a start of the journal!! :-bd

Here are two more. I closed both manually. The first at BE and the second at 2 pips although I was sure it would reach the EW level of 1.2628 (which it did as I am typing).

I have noticed something and I would appreciate your comments. Sometimes the VE AIMS switches the SL level. This happened to me during the second trade. I disabled the use of EAs and set a TS of 4 pips. This was not honoured, as the EA kept changing it. Any comments?

Spyros, either you have another EA on another chart interfering, or SL update attempted too close to current price, enforced by broker.

No other EA running. If I enter the new level manually through the order modification window, it is accepted, but then the EA returns it to the original level.

I will keep checking and report back.

Congratulations on Starting your own journal. This is indeed a very important step your have taken. Your trading will excell with a massive speed from this point onwards. Now its time to pledge to maintain your journal and keep updating it daily. You will not regret it. Nice Trades.

VE AIMS: you have it running on more than two charts. When you chanage one lin,e the line on the other chart things something changed the SL it brings it to what level that line is on, meanwhile the line that you've changed notices that SL somehow changed, so it brings it back to its own level, and hence the two instances of VE AIMS and the lines fight for it. Both working for you as you asked them to. So please remove it from one chart only let it run on the chart you're trading on.

Regarding the VE AIMS, it is only running on the 1min chart.
I will keep checking and will let you know.

I need to ask you: Were the exits as per the rules? I just want to make sure I have understood correctly. Thanks in advance.

If you modify SL, PO or TP using the Terminal Window, you are defeating the purpose of the EA. The purpose of the EA is speed up your process of modifying PO, SL AND TP by simply dragging the lines.

My main concern right now is to trade by the rules and not deviate. I am happy with myself (and the system) so far.

Good morning all.

This was my trade for today. Entered at 1.26691 and exited at the "black" (yellow in my case) diamond for 20.5 pips. There two more trades earlier but they pretty much cancelled each other out.

I may be done for the day, but one never knows.

Post Ewave confirmed w3-4-5 structure , bias short Aimsigator picking up the pause before momentum break, red dot, 4 candle break out of 10 pip aims box, held till black diamond.
