Aims range ... indicator

Unread post by Whitenights »

Imran I suggest to create this indicator or add this feature to someone yet existing.

This indicator would in real time measure the aims range so in a matter of seconds you could know if it could be a right setup.
And it would be useful also for stoploss and entry triggers levels. Like thv4.
An helping instrument like red and blue dots.

Just ... an idea ...

:-?? :D

I apologize Imran with mine explanations about this indicator.
It derives from the fact that english is not my native language ...

This indicator ..... does not exist .... I was simply suggesting to create one ...
Mine was an idea of indicator #-o :? :)

So it was simply a suggestion.

I've a great friend that is a master in coding for mt4, but I tought that without your permission It would not be a good idea.
And I tought that you would be able to do that or know someone able to do that.

Probably also the term "indicator" isn't right. It could be named "tool" to add to the template or something like thv4 icon.

It could be really useful because of the greatest part of your fantastic strategy is based on aims and their range.

For example we could have in real time the aims range, the calculations about tp and sl (comprehensive of broker spreads eventually).

I'm not a programmer but the features requested I think are really simple to code (I think that could be added also to aims indicator features).

Just and idea ... a brainstorming ....

Your system is a masterpiece, it's clean and does not request anything more .... this simply could be a little cherry on the cake.

I don't know if this helps, or is in fact what you were thinking about WN?

I had similar thoughts. Obviously that is a very crude drawing anyway and just has the AIMS range itself. Doesn't consider the value of the levels or any adding (+1 either side or spreads)

Yes, thanks Idleblocke.

I was meaning something like this.
I'll attach mine idea.
where AR stands for AimsRange in pips;
where LE stands for Long entry (high aims + 1);
where SE stands for Short entry (low aims - 1 - spread (supposed 2)).
The green hand stand for valid aims (less than 15 pips wide) (could be used simply a green dot instead...)
The indicator will change accordingly to aims change obviously.
Whitenights.

p.s do not watch spread of my broker (9,6 pips !) .. the market now is closed here 23:15 so wide spread .. normally 1,3 :lol:
