Well ... it has been far too long in the making but here is the successor to Alert 6 Beta... AIMS Setup 1.
It's AIMS Setup 1 because the indi looks for Setup 1

We decided to keep it separate to the AIMS Alerts so you can still run both, if you wish, or just this one. Alert v5.1 and Setup1 will work together but don't try using voice alerts on both. Personally, I'm quite happy just using the Setup 1 indi but some of you might like the additional dots (particularly the 'black dots') provided by Alert V5.x
Setup 1 is being released as a Beta version to allow you to do some final testing and give feedback (don't load it if you don't want to be a guinea pig). The AIMSters seem happy enough, after a week of testing, so I hope you will be too (and won't find any bugs

No passwords with the indi - I've put a time limiter on it instead, as a nominal attempt to limit sharing outside of this forum. An updated version will be made available before the time expires (in a couple of months). This method of anti-share should be a lot less hassle than having to enter a password on each of your charts every month.
The Beta version has lots of options but you don't need to change any of them, if you're not so inclined. I suggest checking the different alerts available though - you can get an alert on your iPhone / Android Phone now.
We hope you like the new indi and that it helps in your trading success.
All the best

Background of AIMS S1: AIMS S1 Alert was first known as AIMS V6 alert. V6 alert was based on a concept of trading Break-Out Setups in the direction of Trending Higher Time Frames. Please read this Post in the Archive section in order to gain insight. But I have copied and pasted some the things from that post here for ease.
Please note that the V6 or AIMS S1 Alert is an Add-on indicator that you can add on top of V5.1 Template for added confidence but you must first understand the concept of trading the Classic Setup (We have a video that may help you understand the basics of a Classic Setup. Please Watch the Webinar Video by following this link Webinar - From the Beginning of TIME - MUST WATCH) followed by the video ''How to Trade the Dots'' can help eliminate subjectivity and then you may use the Double Arrows AIMS S1 Alert to your advantage."I just want to give a bit of background to the Alert 6, to help explain why I've developed it the way I have. It's always a bit sad when we see some people struggling with the AIMS System and Bill Williams trading methodologies. Some people come and go; some complain they couldn't be consistently be profitable and disappear; some persevere with true grit yet struggle to bag those pips on a regular basis. So ... I asked Immy a while back:
"What's your favourite setup?
The one that has the highest probability of winning? The one that the new members would have the most success with?"
"That's easy", he replied, "Setup 1- Alligator awake on M5 and just awakening on M1"
And so, Alert V6 was born. A relatively simple bit of coding to check if Alligator is awake on the higher time frame and just awake on the current. I took it one step further with the smilies (not used anylonger - Replaced with Double Arrows) - what if it's just awake on M5 as well? Effectively a possible Setup 1 on the next time frame, without having to refer to that chart. And then, one step further still, a confirmed Setup 1 on M5 with M15 (or M30 or M60) awake - referencing three charts but only looking at one. (Now Its been coverted into Double Arrows in the form of AIMS S1 Alert)
The arrows and smilies (Now Double Arrows instead) are intended to get you into a big move as soon as possible, providing opportunities to later add-on and build a sizeable trade. Of course, chaos being chaos, they don't always give winning trades but they should, when selectively traded with the other rules in mind, help to increase the ratio of profitable trades. Price might initially go in the wrong direction of the arrow and smiley, yet often come back and fly in the right direction. I'd suggest noting the price levels of the alerts and see what happens when those levels break.
I would like to invite all the Beta Testers to share their findings, when trading with, what the indi calls, the S1 alerts (you can select just to show the S1 alerts in the options, if you wish). All feedback welcome and if there's something that I can add to the coding, to further increase profitability and remove the guess work, I will try to do so. I can't add wave count checks from eWaves at this stage though, that would make for far too complex an indicator.
In due course I may add a Setup2 alert, if there is any value.
A couple of observations about V6 - there is still the little refresh issue, as discussed in previous releases. I am looking at this in the complete re-write (This re-write resulted in to AIMS S1 Alert with no refresh issue) but in the meantime, you might find a signal was given which later disappears on refresh. Likewise a smiley may sometimes not show in live, but shows on refresh. It's all down to the signal-test - getting it as early as possible even though it might be invalidated at the close of the bar. No negative trades should result from this, if you stick to the rules.
I don't want to overcomplicate the indicators for people, we'd ultimately like fewer and more reliable signals. The goal is to remove the subjectivity and, of course, increase the profitability, for all the great members of this forum.
Best I get back to some coding ... :-B

LookBackCheckAsleep 20 How many bars back, should the indicator check that the Alligator was asleep. The further back, the more signals but less reliable.
WithJaws false Should the indicator check the direction of the Alligator by including the Jaws, as well as Lips and Teeth? By selecting false, the indicator is only checking the Teeth and Lips – this tends to give earlier signals, in many cases.
comment2: "Green Signal looks for red/green bar, with close in relation to Lips" Just a comment referring to the options below
GreenSignal true Should the indicator give signals based on price crossing the Alligator Lips? This is the traditional option used by previous Alerts and the one we recommend using.
comment3:"Current (0) or Last (1) - last should give more reliable signals but 1 bar late" Just a comment referring to the options below
Current_or_Last 1 By using the default option of 1, the indicator will give signals when a bar has completed. Selecting 0 might give earlier signals but they may later be invalidated, before the bar closes.
